TICKET SALES PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The order becomes accepted once we have sent a payment confirmation email to the client, along with the invoice.
The agreement on the sale and purchase of a product or service between Platinium Group and a client is deemed to be concluded, when the full purchase price paid by the customer arrives to the bank account of Platinium Group in accordance with the Payment Instruction. The sales purchase agreement is considered to be fulfilled when UPS confirms delivery to the address entered by the client, or when the client collects tickets at the event if delivery is on “pick up”.
Customer accepts that Platinium Group, unless indicated otherwise during the booking process, is unable to fulfil any seating requests, as this option is not offered by the organizer. Platinium Group clients do commonly benefit from the very best available seats, at the time of the booking.
Customer accepts that the Organizer may change the location of grandstands/tribunes and general admission areas at its own discretion.
Platinium Group reserves the right to provide alternate tickets in the same category in value if the ordered tickets become unavailable for any reason. The customer agrees to accept these alternate tickets.
If Platinium Group is unable to provide the tickets or alternate tickets, it shall notify the customer with short delay about the non fulfilment of the order. In that case, Platinium Group offers the client an alternative solution with different conditions, a credit voucher, or a refund.
Platinium Group reserves the right to change ticket prices. Changes will not affect the prices of tickets already ordered and paid. The purchase price of a ticket is guaranteed at the time of the payment, validated by Platinium Group.
Customer is entitled to pay the purchase price through a credit card or by bank transfer in accordance with the related payment methods and instruction. Banking expenses, related to a purchase done via bank transfer, shall be borne by the customer.
If the purchase price was transferred after the due date, as indicated in the e-mail notification after the order was placed, Platinium Group reserves the right to validate the order.
After placing a booking on our website or an affiliated platform, your order might be placed in security check by our payment security department.
You will then receive an email indicating the documents you need to send via email or fax, in order for Platinium Group to validate your payment.
There are several reasons for placing your order in security check, such as a mismatch between elements like IP Address (where your computer is connected), country of the credit card, delivery address…
This process is necessary in order to ensure the protection of your credit card details use.
This fee, if applied, defers according to the event and is used to cover the costs incurred by Platinium Group in servicing your ticketing arangements.
Clients have the choice to add the “ticket cancellation” insurance to their ticket order (refer to conditions).
Delivery of printed tickets and accessories shall be made by the shipping company (UPS) to the address chosen by the customer on the checkout page. Tickets are generally delivered 2-4 weeks prior to the event, depending on when the event organizer prints the tickets. In case of exception, customers are notified by email. The Customer shall immediately notify Platinium Group via email if tickets have not been delivered by the 7th day preceding the event.
In case the ticket order is placed by the customer less than 30 days before the event, Platinium Group will deliver the tickets most probably 1 week prior the event? However Platinium Group will do its very to deliver the tickets 1-2 weeks prior to the event if applicable.
The general terms and conditions of the shipping company (UPS) shall be applicable to the delivery of tickets.
The risk of loss or damage to the tickets is transferred from Platinium Group to the customer when the order is delivered at the address indicated by the customer.
For various reasons such as reducing costs for clients, delivery-timing… tickets for some venues can be available for pick-up at the event, instead of being delivered by the shipping company. The e-voucher will be used to collect the purchased tickets at the event box office, or any other indicated area.
If e-ticket is available for an event, the client receives via email the e-ticket, once the payment is accepted. The e-ticket is also available for printing in the customer account.
The printed e-ticket, with secured bar code, is used to enter the event. This document is strictly confidential and must not be reproduced, communicated or sold to anyone.
If e-voucher is available for an event, the client receives via email the e-voucher, once the payment is accepted. The e-voucher is also available for printing in the customer account.
The printed e-voucher is used to collect the purchased tickets at the event box office, or any other indicated area. This document is strictly confidential and must not be reproduced, communicated or sold to anyone. The customer ID and credit card used for the payment will be requested to collect the tickets. This security measure has for purpose to avoid any fraudulent use of our customers’ credit cards.
Once the client confirms its order online, neither cancellation nor reimbursement is accepted. As the purchased goods are related to a recreational service on a fixed date, the consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract.
Recreational activities are defined as activities taking place at a certain defined time .The contractor is obliged to deliver its services in accordance.
Platinium Group is not responsible for any modification of a sport season’s calendar. Platinium Group promotes tickets for specific events, and not dates. Therefore, if the event organisation or governing body decides, for whatever reason, to change the date of a venue, Platinium Group cannot be held responsible and is not obliged to inform clients. No reimbursement will be possible in the situation stated above.
Platinium Group guaranties that processing of customer's data is in accordance with laws and regulations on data handling and data protection in force. Detailed information is available in the “help” menu, under title “security & privacy”.
By ordering tickets on this website or platform, the customer automatically accepts to receive some important information by email. The Customer has the choice to sign up for the newsletter and other promotional materials, and can easily withdraw at anytime.
Monegasque law applies to any matter arising out of the use of this website and the sale of tickets.
